Mobile Phlebotomist to join a high‑growth startup. Candidates must maintain a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision while embodying friendliness, empathy, and compassion toward patients.

• Visit patients in their home or office, driving to and from appointments in your own vehicle.
• Process specimens with a portable centrifuge, then drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories.
• Follow safe and accurate blood‑collection procedures, maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
• Adapt quickly in a fast‑growing environment.
• Maintain close communication with operations and patient‑experience teams during business hours.
• Confirm availability to your leader every Friday for the upcoming week(s).
• Based on your submitted availability, your leader will schedule overtime or call you for shifts that match your availability.
• As a PRN, you are expected to be available a minimum of three (3) days a week between 5 am–1 pm (Monday–Friday). You may work up to 29 hours per week, but no hours are guaranteed.

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• At least one year of phlebotomy experience (mobile experience preferred).
• Experience processing samples.
• Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Proof of first Covid‑19 vaccine dose within 30 days of employment.
• Bonus:
