Front Office ManagerWe are seeking unique and passionate individuals to join our team as we continue to provide rate and intimate experiences in the heart of Gangnam.
The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Front Office Manager who will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Front Office Manager is responsible to assist the Director of Rooms in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operations for the hotel, including, but not limited to, the Front Desk, Front Service (including parking and the hotel entrance), Communications Centre, Business Centre.
This position is ranked from Manager level, and will report to the Director of Rooms.
Qualifications- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
