Job DescriptionAre you passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences and strengthening organizational culture? As a Workforce Experience Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to specialize in workforce experience strategies—building expertise that will make you a more effective and well-rounded HR professional. This role is designed for those who want to deepen their knowledge in a critical HR discipline, not just advance to the next position.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
You will lead initiatives that enhance unity and belonging across the organization by:
- Leading Workforce Experience Efforts
—create guidelines and principles that foster unity and positive employee experiences. - Building Capability
—help leaders and teams grow through meaningful experiences and tools. - Defining Direction
—develop and articulate strategies for employee engagement and recognition programs. - Counseling Together
—collaborate across departments, inviting input and building alignment.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in organizational talent management or related areas.
- Proven ability to consult, collaborate, and drive people programs that add value.
- Strong skills in strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building.
- Ability to Counsel Together, Build Capability, and organize the Work effectively.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with competency models, development frameworks, and change management.
- Knowledge of learning and development best practices.
- Certifications in coaching, performance management, or strategic talent development.
