Associate, Data Analytics BI with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah.

• Develop business intelligence solutions across Fees and Commissions Operations using Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, and Python.
• Provide end-to-end reporting and self-service analytics tools producing key metrics for Fees and Commissions Operations.
• Build and streamline ETL processes integrating Global Markets data platforms.
• Manage BI product SDLC within globally distributed Alteryx and Tableau server environments.
• Develop, prioritize, and communicate project plans using JIRA, and mentor junior developers on Agile development.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to junior team members while managing competing priorities from senior stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering teams to develop scalable business processes and automation supporting clients.
• Develop and maintain high-performance dashboards using advanced Tableau techniques (level of detail functions, context filters, data blending).

• Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field AND at least one year of experience in the job offered or related role.
• Or Bachelor’s degree in the same fields AND at least three years of experience in the job offered or related role.
• Experience must include process automation project development using Alteryx, Informatica, SSIS for data transformation; advanced SQL (subqueries, window functions, data design language); database architecture and administration; BI and digital transformation;
  Software Development Lifecycle using Git Hub; JIRA (Epics, Stories, Tasks, Story Points); and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlikview.
