We are seeking a forward-thinking SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team. Collaborating with external clients and internal teams, you will use your strong proficiency in SAP technology to help clients achieve improved outcomes and lasting results. Harnessing our expertise in tax, assurance, transaction and risk, and by utilizing your capabilities to implement SAP, you will pave the way for innovative solutions.

As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders, ensuring that implemented technology solutions meet their needs. You will collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions.

• Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
• Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
• Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Design and prototype SAP QM (Quality Management) solutions, leading discussions on functionality to support informed decision-making.
• Demonstrating SAP’s standard capabilities and identifying any functional discrepancies or client needs.
• Interpreting and translating local business needs into system configurations to align SAP setups with customer objectives.
• Developing detailed functional specifications and communicating business requirements to bridge with SAP capabilities.
• Interfacing with developers to translate functional specs into technical designs.
• Performing field and value mappings for data conversion efforts.
• Demonstrating new features after configuration and development are complete.
• Providing support during testing activities and resolving issues identified during testing.
• Developing training materials and delivering end-user training or train-the-trainer sessions.
• Providing essential post-go-live support to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Exhibiting deep technical proficiency and understanding of business processes to contribute to project success.
• Coordinating across teams on integration points to ensure seamless alignment of system components.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in defining and analyzing technology-based business requirements.
• Experience in system configuration design and technology cost-benefit analysis.
• Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact.

• A bachelor’s degree.
• Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience with SAP ERP systems, with a focus on Quality Management modules.
• Strong technical skills in application functional design.
• Expertise in business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping.
• Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written/verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40-60%.

• Prior consulting experience or deep functional experience.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module.

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranges dependent on location and experience. Example ranges include $102,500 to $187,900, with adjustments for certain metro areas. Total Rewards include medical/dental, pension and 401(k), and paid time off.
