Description

The Enterprise Solutions and Experience Manager reports to the Director of Information Technology and Enterprise Solutions and collaborates in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-wide digital solutions that enhance internal operations and elevate customer and employee experiences. The role leads cross‑functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and innovation. The manager oversees the architecture and evolution of core enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Insights), Warehouse Management (WHM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and third‑party integrations, delivering scalable, secure, user‑centric solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

Duties

and Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a forward‑looking enterprise application roadmap aligned with digital transformation goals.
  • Champion initiatives that modernize legacy systems, enhance agility, and foster innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business leaders to align technology investments with long‑term strategy and identify digital innovation opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to influence future‑state architecture.
Enterprise Platform Management
  • Oversee implementation and optimization of enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, CMS, collaboration tools) using no‑code/low‑code solutions.
  • Lead transformation to streamline GTM processes, reduce manual overhead, and improve agility and data integrity.
  • Establish governance frameworks, architectural standards, and best practices for application lifecycle management.
  • Manage third‑party integrations to ensure secure, scalable data flow.
Experience Design & Delivery
  • Collaborate with end‑users, customers, support teams, and Digital/IT to deliver intuitive, accessible digital experiences.
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve user journeys across channels.
  • Drive adoption and change‑management strategies for successful rollout.
Operational Excellence
  • Drive continuous improvement across enterprise systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Monitor system health, manage upgrades, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data governance.
  • Lead incident response and root‑cause analysis for critical system issues.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that enhance employee and customer experiences and automate business processes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning across teams.
  • Serve as enterprise process owner for customer‑facing systems, bridging technical teams and business leaders.
Project & Change Management
  • Manage a portfolio of system projects within scope, timeline, and budget while achieving business outcomes.
  • Lead change‑management initiatives for adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Develop training programs and support materials for end users.
  • Champion continuous improvement through feedback loops and adoption strategies.
Security & Documentation
  • Maintain documentation of systems architecture, business process flows, configurations, and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with Digital/IT and security teams to meet cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise systems, business analysis, or solution delivery, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proven leadership of cross‑functional teams and delivery of complex enterprise initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365), CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365), and BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong grasp of enterprise architecture, integration frameworks, and system interoperability.
  • Experience with agile and hybrid delivery in large‑scale environments.
