Pay Range: $87,200.00 - $
Architect, configure, and manage WGU's enterprise endpoint systems and infrastructure, primarily utilizing the MDM capabilities provided by Microsoft Intune and JAMF. Oversee Autopilot provisioning, configuration, and deployment profiles. Administer remote monitoring and management of end‑user devices via Control Up. Lead patching and upgrade strategies for Windows, macOS, and third-party apps using Intune, JAMF, Control Up, and Alectrona. Manage application lifecycle, packaging, and deployment via Company Portal and Self‑Service.
Maintain support documentation and contribute to Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure using Nerdio. Develop automation and remediation scripts using Power Shell, Zsh, and Bash. Collaborate with Service Desk, Site Support, and Security teams to resolve issues, enhance security baselines and resolve security vulnerabilities. Act as a team leader, driving cross‑functional initiatives and serving as a key resource across the organization.
