Salary range: $100,000-$120,000 DOE

Solutions Engineer

Highly motivated, skilled, and experienced Senior Solution Engineer to join our Technology team supporting a Master Data Management (MDM) application. Analyze new source data and new party roles. Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, test and refine rules for validation, cleansing, standardization and matching.

• Analyze source system data to define and refine data quality rules to master data
• Design and configure Informatica MDM data integrations
• Own and manage issue / conflict resolution demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills
• Enhance logical and physical data model based on new requirements from new data sources and data types
• Provide leadership and mentorship for less experienced team members

Competencies for Success/Requirements:

• 4+ years MDM implementation
• 4+ years Informatica Power Center
• 4+ years Oracle SQL/PLSQL
• 2+ years Java
• Subject matter knowledge in the Financial Industry in areas such as Dealer (dealer, branch, advisor, RIA etc…)
• Bachelor Degree with work experience

• Data quality tools
• Address Doctor where data cleansing and standardization scenarios using mappings and industry standard practices were leveraged
• Designed and built Java business services to integrate with the Informatica MDM using Services Integration Framework (SIF)
• Experience as a team member in an Agile SCRUM environment
