• Serve as a liaison between technology teams and oncology practices, ensuring alignment with IT standards
• Manage service delivery processes for effective IT support in assigned oncology practices
• Participate in project management to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality expectations
  
  Facilitate communication between IT and oncology practice staff to address concerns and opportunities
• Provide leadership in resolving day-to-day operational issues at oncology practices

• Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Proven leadership skills in healthcare systems and IT functional areas
• Effective communication abilities, especially with non-IT audiences
  
  Experience in implementing IT strategies that support business needs
• Subject matter expertise in various IT domains, including software applications and systems integration

• Experience in physician practice IT
• Direct supervisory experience
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• ITIL4 Foundation certification
• SAFe Agile experience
