Full Stack Software Engineer (also AI/ML, Data Collection)

We are seeking strong software engineers with significant experience (3+, preferably 5+ years) in software engineering, AI/ML, or data engineering for a fast‑growing, well‑funded, profitable company in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Salary range: $150,000 to $200,000 (possible up to $225,000 based on equity). Benefits include a wellness allowance, unlimited PTO, and comprehensive health coverage.

This role focuses on big‑data analytics on multilingual data sets at scale to identify security risks. The successful candidate will work with Python/Java on AWS, collaborate across teams, and deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

• Experience drawing conclusions from large‑scale, messy data sets.
• Experience working with multilingual data.
• Experience with security analytics.
• Experience working and scaling high‑performing teams.
• Computer science degree (undergraduate or master’s) strongly preferred.
