Job Description:

The IT Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of Lotus Company’s technology infrastructure, systems, and support. This role manages the relationship with outsourced IT providers, ensures the security and reliability of company technology, and leads the implementation of innovative solutions—including AI-powered tools—to support business growth. The IT Manager will coordinate with Corporate to deliver seamless technology experiences for all employees and will be responsible for IT budgeting, procurement, and disaster recovery planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the IT function, including direct supervision of IT Associates and coordination with outsourced IT service providers.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on security, scalability, and innovation.
  • Oversee the integration, support, and training for AI-powered systems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and other emerging technologies.
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT service requests, escalations, and incidents, maintaining high service levels.
  • Manage technology onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware provisioning, account setup, and software deployment.
  • Maintain and optimize IT asset inventory, software licensing, and user access controls (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft 365).
  • Support basic troubleshooting of office technology such as computers, printers, monitors, conference room equipment, and Wi‑Fi.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols to ensure compliance and data protection.
  • Lead technology projects, system upgrades, and the rollout of new tools, including employee communications and training.
  • Create and manage IT ticketing systems, analyze trends, and proactively address recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with Corporate and other departments on company-wide tech initiatives, data access, and security awareness.
  • Technology and Internet setup at company properties.
  • Prepare and present IT reports, metrics, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, including procurement of hardware, software, and services.
  • Design, implement, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption in the event of system failures or emergencies.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to IT and information security.
Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 4-5 years of experience in an IT support, tech coordination, or help desk-related role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of common office technologies (Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Zoom/Teams, printers, Wi‑Fi).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and follow through on tasks independently.
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and asset management tools a plus.
