Senior Product Manager - Data

Chargezoom is Salt Lake City's fastest growing Fintech startup, and we are looking for a dynamic, ambitious Product Manager of Data who understands true product ownership from both a financial and personal perspective.

Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager - Data at Chargezoom, you will work closely with the VP of Product to support the development and execution of our data product strategy. This role is designed for a driven individual eager to take ownership and responsibility of a product in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate has experience and skills in data engineering, architecture, and modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Own our strategic fintech data product, be the leader and champion for it, with the opportunity for expansion.
• Be the SME for data modeling, defining the data schema, building data pipelines with ETL and data enrichment.
• Product owner for all reporting, visualizations, insights, and eventually integration with ML/AI.
• Own and drive the initiative to refactor the current data schema into a world-class example of a proper data model and star schema.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery.
• Own the creation and maintenance of all product collateral: documentation, user stories, requirements, and roadmaps.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the VP of Product in strategic planning and execution of product initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in product management at a SaaS startup.
• Must thrive in an environment of urgency in a high-performance, delivery-focused organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a preferred background in data engineering.
• Experience defining data models and schematics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Jira.
• Passion for fintech and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.

We work in our new offices in the Cottonwood Heights area, 5 days a week.
