Join EY as a Service Now Senior Consultant in IT Service Management (ITSM). In this client‑facing role you will lead transformative projects, motivate teams, and build lasting client relationships.

The OpportunityYou’ll lead Service Now transformation teams, showcase leadership, and develop advisory relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models and processes.
- Analyze new technology solutions and verify they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
- Travel as needed to meet clients.
- Lead Service Now ITSM projects: design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3–5 resources.
- Provide guidance on Service Now ITSM process implementations.
- Analyze people, process, and technology capabilities and recommend best practices.
- Advise on connectivity of CMDB and ITOM to ITSM.
- Lead client process and design sessions and workshops.
- Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models.
- Create high‑quality deliverables and artifacts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant Service Now ITSM project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- At least one of the following:
Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, or other listed. - 3+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Excellent soft skills: communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, relationship building.
- Experience leading teams and supervising others.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Performance analytics and reporting experience.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations, HAM or SAM.
- Experience with Service Now AI solutions.
