As an AWS Dev Ops Cloud Engineer, you will deploying and managing infrastructure in AWS and in on-premise data centers in support of our Public Key Infrastructure as a Service (PKIaaS) platform. You will be responsible for building, automating, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure to support scalable, secure, and highly available applications. This role requires proficiency in infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native tools, and modern Dev Ops practices.

Experience with cloud computing in AWS is essential.

• Designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, VPC, RDS, ECS, Lambda, and S3 using Terraform
• Building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git Lab CI/CD, Bitbucket Pipelines, or Git Hub Actions.
• Automating infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or AWS Cloud Formation.
• Monitoring system performance, availability, and reliability using tools such as Cloud Watch, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
• Implementing and maintaining containerized environments using Docker and orchestration platforms like Amazon ECS/EKS, Rancher, or Kubernetes.
• Assisting in maintaining security best practices, including IAM policies, secrets management, and audit logging.
• Collaborating with developers to optimize application performance and deploy software consistently across environments.
• Participating in on-call rotations and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
• Contributing to disaster recovery planning, backups, and failover procedures.
• Writing clear documentation for infrastructure, deployment workflows, and troubleshooting processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with equivalent education, plus relevant work experience may also be considered.
• 4+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• 4+ years of experience with AWS, including hands-on experience with core services like EC2, VPC, IAM, and RDS.
• AWS Cloud Practioner and/or AWS Solutions Architect or greater certification preferred.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in sprint-based deployments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Type Script, Node, Python, Bash, or Go for automation and tooling.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline tools and deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, rolling).
• Experience with Terraform, Pulumi, Cloud Formation, or CDK for infrastructure provisioning.
• Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration platforms (ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, and DNS in cloud environments.
• Exposure to monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially in production environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to document processes and train other engineers.
• Experience working with PKI, TLS/SSL, or related technologies is a plus
