As a member of the Enterprise Data Management and Governance team, our Manager, Enterprise Data Governance leads enterprise-wide data governance operations and Cambia data platform governance—driving data stewardship, metadata management, data quality, data classification, and semantic layer governance—all in service of creating an economically sustainable health care system.

What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, Data Management, or related technical field, and 5+ years in data governance operations, 3+ years of people management experience leading technical and/or business-facing teams, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Attributes:
* Extensive experience leading data governance operations including data stewardship, metadata management, data quality initiatives, data classification, and semantic layer governance with contextual metadata management
* Experience with cloud data platforms, ideally Snowflake, including governance features, data governance platforms, and data catalog tools
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards that enable AI-ready data understanding
* Experience supporting both legacy and modern enterprise technology environments, with familiarity with compliance requirements related to data governance
* Ability to contribute hands-on to technical work across data governance activities
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop business-facing and technical teams, including managing both FTE and contractor resources
* Strong project and program management capabilities with ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate work across multiple teams and functions
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences, with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and business needs for technical teams
* Demonstrated outcome-focused leadership and accountability with ability to manage dotted-line relationships effectively
* Quality-driven mindset, strategic thinking combined with operational execution, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to balance compliance, operational efficiency, and business enablement with a change management and process improvement orientation
* Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired
