Pay Range: $88,600.00 - $
Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes data from various types of assessments using a variety of statistical methods. Under the guidance of more senior psychometricians, performs statistical analyses required for score reporting and data interpretation. Under the guidance of more senior psychometricians, performs data analyses such as item analyses and reliability analyses. Under the guidance of more senior psychometricians, creates graphs, charts, tables, and dashboards based on statistical analyses.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills within the team. Strong time management skills. Attention to detail in one's own work. Ability to work well with a team, including following instructions and guidance of more senior team members. Ability to produce analyses quickly. Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and capacity or experience with SAS, R, or other analytical or statistical packages.
Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization. Experience retrieving and manipulating data from databases using SQL, R, or Python.

Resolves problems that require broad-based consideration of variables at the program/course level. May communicates and collaborate with fellow faculty members within and across disciplines and practice. Attends professional conferences and association meetings focused on the faculty member’s discipline or practice area and engaged in discourse with fellow attendees. May contribute to WGU and college brand development. - Leadership & Talent Management:
Model's best practices within specialty areas, produce measurable results. Establish coverage within and between teams to meet service level agreements. Implements workflows and optimizes team resources. Follows sound change management practices.
Minimum Qualifications
Doctoral degree in Psychometrics, Psychological Measurement, Educational Psychology, or related field (e.g., Industrial/Organization Psychology) with an emphasis on quantitative methods or psychometrics. One (1) year of experience in testing, research, or closely related fields such as statistics and data analysis.
Preferred QualificationsExperience working in Higher Education.
