Location:
Remote but must be willing to travel to Utah as needed
6+ months with potential to convert
W2 Rate - $63-65/hr
Required Qualifications- 8+ years managing IT infrastructure projects across multiple sites or entities.
- Proven experience leading M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations at scale (identity, mailbox, SharePoint, licensing)
- Direct experience leading M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations at scale:
- MSP coordination - SOW scoping, delivery oversight, SLA tracking, escalation - Strong MSP/vendor management experience, including SOWs and SLAs.
- Experience with network standardization, endpoint management, and site standups.
- PE (private equity)-backed rollups or post-close M&A integration experience (combining ERP systems, operations, vendors/purchasing, etc)
- ZTNA implementation experience.
- Construction, MEP, or field-services industry experience - IDEAL
