Senior Business System Analyst

Reference: PR/ Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain About the OpportunityA large manufacturing and operations-focused organization is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives across supply chain and operations functions.

This role will serve as a key partner between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping design, implement, and support systems that improve operational performance, enhance visibility, and drive process efficiency.

Responsibilities Partner with operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Gather, document, and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of enterprise applications across the supply chain ecosystem.

Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business leaders to deliver system enhancements and transformation initiatives.

Troubleshoot system and process issues, helping maintain business continuity and operational performance.

Participate in project planning, testing, training, and deployment activities.

Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.

Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on business systems and best practices.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

Significant experience supporting enterprise business applications within a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environment.

Strong understanding of supply chain, operations, inventory, logistics, and production-related business processes.

Experience working with ERP, manufacturing, operational, or other enterprise systems.

Ability to gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience working in cross-functional project teams within fast-paced environments.

Preferred Experience Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or operational technology environments.

Familiarity with system integrations, reporting tools, cloud-based applications, or emerging technologies.

Exposure to project management, Agile methodologies, or continuous improvement initiatives.
