Solution Partners, Inc. is seeking an onsite IT Support Technician in Salt Lake City to provide end-user hardware and software support at client locations. You will image and configure devices, manage accounts and applications, assist with onboarding, coordinate with site staff, and escalate complex issues to tier 3.
Strong customer service, 3+ years in desktop support, and knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, SCCM, and VPNs are required.
