Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Role Overview: You will manage and improve a Salesforce environment supporting sales teams across multiple international markets. Your responsibilities include day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, configuration, workflow optimization, and platform enhancements. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including troubleshooting, break/fix support, field updates, workflow configuration, and system enhancements
• Partner with sales teams to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate needs into Salesforce configurations and solutions
• Support platform enhancements, rollouts, user onboarding, license management, and expansion into additional markets
• Collaborate with technical resources supporting ERP integrations and connected systems
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, system usability, data quality, and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Salesforce administration experience
• Experience configuring Salesforce fields, workflows, and platform functionality, along with troubleshooting and ongoing system support
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience gathering requirements from business users
• Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day Salesforce administration with minimal supervision
• Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
