Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years experience in agile methodologies, preferably in the banking sector

- Proven track record in collaborative environments that yield tangible business outcomes
- Practical experience in application development, architecture, and software maintenance

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for leading, collaborating, and negotiating
- Ability to think creatively and mitigate risks in problem-solving, rather than resorting to standard processes
- In-depth understanding of application development technologies and complete software development life cycles
- Experience in large-scale IT organizations with intricate environments and infrastructures
- Strong organizational capabilities and experience in project or program management
- Act as a crucial contributor within agile software development teams
