Intune Systems Administrator IV Hybrid role (3 days/week in office) at our Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Portland, Vancouver, Renton, Medford, Burlington, Lewiston, Little Rock, and Springdale offices. As a senior member of the IT Operations team, the Intune Systems Administrator IV designs, implements, operates, and continuously improves Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra, and enterprise modern device management solutions. This role provides advanced technical leadership, automation, operational oversight, and mentoring while supporting secure, scalable, and reliable endpoint services that align with Cambia’s business objectives and security requirements.

This role is accountable for the design, operation, and continuous improvement of Cambia’s Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra, Windows 365, and modern endpoint management services. The position combines senior-level administration, operational ownership, automation, mentoring, and cross-functional leadership to keep endpoint services secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Appropriate additional experience beyond the minimum required experience may be substituted for education. Seven or more years of relevant experience in IT systems administration, including design, implementation, operations, development, and maintenance in multi-platform and multi-system environments. Advanced hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and related enterprise modern device management technologies, including Microsoft Entra  hybrid identity environments.

• Advanced experience designing, implementing, and administering Microsoft Intune and enterprise Windows device management.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra , Entra Connect, Conditional Access, Windows Hello for Business, multifactor and passwordless authentication, device identity, and role-based access.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, hybrid join, Windows Update for Business, security baselines, application delivery, and compliance.
• Experience using Patch My PC to package, publish, deploy, patch, monitor, and remediate third‑party applications.
• Strong expertise in Power Shell, Microsoft Graph API, automation tools, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 365 Cloud PC, Windows 365 App, Windows 365 Link, Windows 365 Boot, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Experience with change, incident, problem, release, configuration, disaster recovery, and lifecycle management.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in endpoint management, identity, security, enterprise administration, or Windows 365 preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry preferred.
