Information Technology Support Specialist

Start date: ASAP through January with conversion to fill-time possible

Our IT team keeps 250+ employees moving, from the corporate office to the distribution center floor. As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be the hands-on presence that makes both worlds run. You'll spend half your time on helpdesk support for office and retail teams, and half keeping warehouse and DC technology operational.

You'll be the first face people see when something goes wrong, and the reason they get back to work fast. Our environment is 60% Mac and 40% Windows, running Google Workspace and a mix of enterprise SaaS tools. On the DC side, you'll support handheld scanners, Zebra label printers, WMS systems, and the WiFi infrastructure that keeps the floor connected.

• Own the support queue (tickets, emails, and walk-ups) with a focus on fast, friendly resolution
• Handle all IT tasks for new hires and terminations: account setup, hardware provisioning, and access management
• Support day-to-day needs across Mac and Windows devices, Google Workspace, and common SaaS tools
• Order and manage IT equipment and track procurement from request through delivery
• Set up and maintain hardware inventory, including device setup, provisioning, and asset repository tracking
• Support and troubleshoot handheld scanners and Zebra label printers on the DC floor
• Assist with WMS (Warehouse Management System) connectivity issues and basic system support
• Perform routine maintenance, firmware updates, and hardware swaps for DC devices
• Coordinate with warehouse team leads to minimize tech-related downtime during peak operations
• Write clear documentation for procedures, device configurations, and common fixes
• Participate in IT team projects as we grow and scale
• Prioritize competing requests without dropping the ball on any of them

• 1-3 years of IT support experience, or a strong internship or technical background. We'll invest in the right person.
• Comfort supporting both Mac and Windows devices in a mixed environment
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Office 365 or Azure AD exposure is a plus)
• Experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) or security hardening (a plus)
• Hands-on knowledge of network and WiFi infrastructure support (a plus)
• Any experience with Zebra printers, RF scanners, or WMS platforms (a plus)
• Comfort working in a warehouse or DC environment
• Organized and detail-oriented, with tight asset tracking and current documentation
• A calm, can-do attitude when competing priorities hit at once
• A growth mindset: curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions
