Big-D is seeking a Support Technician I for the Technology department in Salt Lake City, UT. You will be the frontline IT helper, resolving hardware and software issues and maintaining productivity for end users.
Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in IT or related field and 1+ year of help desk experience;
CompTIA A+ is preferred. The role includes on-site support and strong documentation practices, with a path for growth in a dynamic, values-driven environment.
