Our fast-growing personal injury law firm is seeking a paralegal/case manager to join our team! We specialize in auto accident and premises liability cases, advocating for clients who need strong legal representation. We’re looking for someone who is: A quick learner who thrives under pressure; is personable and empathetic, with a passion for helping people; and who is detail-oriented and organized, ensuring clients receive the care and attention they deserve.

Responsibilities:

• Client communication and scheduling
• Case management
• Insurance and settlement handling
• Legal document preparation
• Record and evidence collection
• Administrative and attorney support

Experience:

• Personal injury case management: 1+ or more years
• Case management experience: 3 or more years (preferrable)

Requirements:

• Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred
• High School Diploma or above
• Proficiency in office computer applications
• Team-oriented
• Driven, results oriented
• Collaborative and supportive

Work Schedule:

• 40 hours per week

Language:

• Both Spanish and English (preferred)

Additional Information:

• Starting wage is negotiable and is dependent on experience.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Pay based on experience plus a monthly bonus structure
• Generous paid time off and holiday schedule
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• Flexible work hours, with office core hours of 9:30am-3:30pm, Monday
  - Friday
