• Lead role on real estate transactions, including direct negotiation of transactional documents and drafting of fundamental documents.
• Oversee supporting junior associates as deals require.
• Possess experience in commercial real estate: acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, portfolio or multi-site transactions, title and survey review, and due diligence.
• Possess the ability to manage significant project responsibility in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate; experience in more than one of energy/project finance, restaurant operations, office leasing, and general corporate law is a plus.
• Strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to take on significant project responsibility and manage workload; diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented.
• Must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Utah Bar.
