Personal Injury Attorney (3+ years) - Salt Lake City, UT
We're looking for a talented Plaintiff Attorney in Salt Lake City, UT with 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury law.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Role Overview- Be an advocate for people and families in the most difficult times of their lives.
- Manage a caseload of civil litigation files from inception through trial.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Personal injury experience, particularly transportation related experience, is a plus.
- Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
- Admitted to practice law in Utah.
