We are working with a fast growing global technology company that is expanding its commercial legal function across the Americas. The business operates in a high paced, innovation led environment and requires a Senior Legal Counsel who can enable growth while managing risk with clarity and confidence.

This is a strategic role supporting the commercial organisation. The successful candidate will partner closely with sales and business teams, providing legally rigorous but commercially minded guidance in a company where speed, scale and cross border activity are part of daily operations.

• Act as the primary legal partner for regional sales leadership and customer facing teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including enterprise SaaS, licensing, partnership and service arrangements.
• Support cross border transactions and strategic initiatives across North and South America.
• Advise on commercial, operational and regulatory risks relevant to technology driven products and services.
• Provide practical, business enabling legal counsel that empowers commercial teams to move with pace and accuracy.

• 10+ years’ experience as a qualified U.S. attorney with a strong grounding in commercial contracting.
• Experience partnering with sales organisations in a fast paced or high growth environment.
• Strong commercial judgement, able to balance legal risk with business objectives.
• Cross border experience and confidence advising regional stakeholders.
• Additional language skills such as Spanish or Portuguese are advantageous but not required.
