Job Description

We are representing a prestigious national law firm seeking a talented Corporate Associate to join its Transactions Practice Group in Salt Lake City. This role primarily involves advising clients on U.S. and international M&A transactions, securities matters, and other complex corporate deals.

Position: Transactions Associate
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Experience: 4–6 years

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in M&A transactions, corporate governance matters, and securities offerings.
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents and support deal execution.
• Collaborate directly with senior attorneys and clients on high-impact transactions.
• Provide counsel to a range of public and private companies and private equity firms.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in corporate transactional work at a top law firm.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Exceptional drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admission to the Utah Bar (or willingness to gain admission promptly).
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to client service.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $290,000–$370,000, commensurate with experience.
