The Salt Lake City office is seeking a paralegal with litigation experience. The primary duties include supporting a minimum of four attorneys, calendaring, and document management (including review, creation, and organization). Additional essential functions include compiling information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.

Job Specifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate. A certificate may be required based on region, state, or client requirements.
• At least two (2) to three (3) years of litigation work experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours
• This position has an annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours
