Associate Attorney

We are a personal injury law firm with a focus on medical malpractice, looking for a motivated and organized associate attorney to join our team. At our firm, we believe in giving ample opportunity for training and education, but also know the fastest way to learn is to actually do the work. For this reason, we give associates opportunities to represent our clients at hearings, depositions, and at trial early on.

For the right person, no experience in medicine or litigation is necessary. We are looking for junior and senior associates.

• Meeting clients and explaining the course of litigation.
• Participating in hearings, depositions, and pre-litigation conferences.
• Drafting, editing, and reviewing documents such as pleadings, settlement documents, discovery documents, correspondence, legal drafting, etc.

Required Traits:

• Organized

Required Experience:

• 3L - 4 years legal experience

License/Certification:

• Utah State Bar

Job Type: Full-time (1,850 hours per year)

Compensation:

• $100,000-$150,000 depending on experience
• 401K - 6% match with an additional 4% discretionary match
