Senior Procurement Coordinator

Location: On Site at Salt Lake City, UT Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Type: Salary Reports To: Head of Group Procurement

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Procurement Coordinator to manage sourcing, purchasing, supplier relations, and inventory alignment across six store-front locations. This role will serve as the central point of coordination for purchasing operations and will utilize Odoo ERP to track demand, manage purchase orders, optimize inventory, and ensure cost-effective buying decisions. The ideal candidate has strong experience in multi-location procurement, vendor performance management, and data-driven purchasing using Odoo or similar ERP.

Coatings and construction materials background is considered a plus.

Purchasing & Procurement Execution

• Create, track, and manage purchase orders in Odoo ERP across six storefronts
• Consolidate purchasing needs across locations to leverage volume and pricing
• Ensure timely replenishment based on reorder points, safety stock, and demand forecasts
• Conduct competitive price reviews and cost benchmarking

ERP & Data Management

• Maintain accurate supplier catalogs, lead times, and pricing in Odoo
• Monitor product availability, landed cost, and purchase history
• Generate procurement and spend visibility reports in Odoo
• Support system improvements, workflow automation, and purchasing dashboards

Vendor & Supply Chain Management

• Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure reliability and service quality
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Resolve backorders, shortages, and quality issues
• Evaluate supplier performance using KPIs (on-time delivery, cost variance, defect rate)

Cross-Location Coordination

• Collaborate with store managers to validate demand planning and inventory needs
• Standardize SKUs and purchasing specifications to reduce complexity
• Participate in product substitutions and sourcing alternatives when needed
• Support logistics coordination and delivery routing for multiple locations

• 3-5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination experience
• Experience working with ERPs (plus)
• Strong understanding of purchase planning, inventory controls, and vendor negotiations
• Excellent Excel or ERP-based reporting skills
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
• Multi-location procurement experience preferred
