Position Overview
Marketing Director, New Construction sits at the intersection of strategy, project launches, budgets, creative deliverables, reporting and sales results. Reporting to Summit Sotheby’s International Realty’s Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of Developer Services, the Marketing Director for New Construction is responsible for co-leading the charge of marketing operations for over 40 new construction and development communities across Utah. This role is paramount to the success of each project and developer partner’s sales volume, agent experience and consumer response.
This role will collaborate with SSIR’s in-house team of marketing and creative professionals by owning and building budgets, overseeing the overall marketing and creative strategy, building deliverable timelines and reporting suites. This is a director level position that requires public speaking and presentation skills and an attitude founded in customer service and teamwork.
