Engagement Manager

• Work directly with Partners and Principals to craft innovative strategies that shape our clients’ futures
• Lead teams of Associates and Business Analysts in executing projects such as (but not limited to) Organization Transformation, Private Equity Due‑Diligence, Strategic Development/Implementation, Market Research & Assessments
• Develop client relationships as a trusted thought‑partner and facilitator
• Manage diverse and impactful internal initiatives
• Play an active role in mentoring and inspiring our ambitious consultants

• Advanced graduate degree (MBA, PhD, MPA, etc.) and exceptional academic record preferred; undergraduate degree required
• 4+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting or other business‑related project management
• Business development and relationship‑management experience
• First‑class analytical and insight generation abilities
• Proven ability to coach and direct highly intelligent teams
• Exceptional ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in English, both verbally and in writing (additional languages are always welcome and appreciated)
• Polished organization skills, ambition, and ability to multi‑task
