The President serves as the chief executive of a dynamic investment advisory firm specializing in qualified retirement plans and individual wealth management. This leader sets the strategic vision and oversees all aspects of the business—driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture grounded in transparency, accountability, and fiduciary integrity. You will guide marketing, sales, investment strategy, client experience, and team development, ensuring the firm delivers exceptional value to clients while scaling for the future.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the firm’s strategic vision across retirement plan consulting and wealth management.
  • Lead growth initiatives, including new client acquisition, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
  • Strengthen the firm’s brand through marketing, visibility, and thought leadership.
  • Direct the development and implementation of investment strategies for retirement plans and individual portfolios.
  • Ensure all investment processes uphold fiduciary standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor market conditions to inform portfolio changes, risk management, and forward‑looking strategy.
  • Maintain superior service standards, ensuring transparent and timely reporting for all clients.
  • Oversee the creation of performance reports, plan reviews, and financial planning deliverables.
  • Act as a senior advisor to key institutional and individual clients.
  • Lead institutional and individual sales strategies to drive sustainable growth.
  • Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns, educational content, and industry presence.
  • Represent the firm at conferences, events, and client engagements.
  • Mentor and develop cross‑functional teams, promoting accountability and professional growth.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and lead ongoing evaluations.
  • Oversee compliance, operational systems, and technology infrastructure to support efficient and scalable operations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven executive leadership in financial services, ideally within investment advisory or wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of ERISA, fiduciary standards, and retirement plan consulting.
  • Strong experience in the Qualified Plan space is required.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced credentials (MBA, CFA, CFP) preferred.
  • Series 65 required.
  • Expertise in investment theory, portfolio construction, and financial planning.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive innovation and long‑term vision.
  • Commitment to integrity, fiduciary responsibility, and client‑first service.

Compensation & Benefits:
