Our England Carrier Services (ECS) division is the financial backbone that helps carriers move forward. Now, we’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Accounting Manager to help lead and strengthen the financial operations of one of our major business units.

As the Accounting Manager over one of our ECS divisions, you will own divisional financial accuracy, partner with leaders, and help shape the financial strategy. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong accounting processes and ensuring reliable financial reporting.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Oversee accounting operations and financial integrity for the ECS division
• Manage key components of the monthly financial close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and P&L validation
• Review and analyze general ledger activity to ensure accuracy and alignment with GAAP
• Support divisional leaders with weekly forecasting, budget planning, and operational financial insights
• Provide data-driven recommendations that improve efficiency and support strategic decision-making
• Prepare, review, and submit monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Assist with annual budgeting, audits, and compliance requirements
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, leadership, analysts, and the Assistant Controller
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen internal controls
• Perform additional financial projects and analysis to support company goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience
  , preferably within corporate or multi-division environments
• Strong understanding of GAAP and core financial statements
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Quick Books, GP Dynamics, or similar platforms preferred
• Ability to analyze financial data and communicate insights clearly
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
• Confidence partnering with leadership and working cross-functionally
• A proactive mindset — someone who seeks solutions, not just identifies problems
