We are now seeking a seasoned Head of Recruiting Operations to lead our growing team and drive our commitment to excellence.
Job Description:
As General Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our well-established executive search firm. You will be responsible for overseeing our recruiting team, driving performance, and maximizing placements with smart business practices, efficiencies, and process.
Key Responsibilities- Directly manage and mentor a team of dynamic recruiters to ensure optimal performance.
- Facilitate regular team meetings, set team objectives, and ensure delivery of KPIs.
- Identify and address training needs and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
- Design, plan, and execute advanced recruiting strategies to attract top executive talents within the construction industry.
- Monitor and evaluate the industry's recruitment trends to keep the firm at the forefront of executive search solutions.
- Lead administrator of all recruitment software tools, ensuring they are utilized efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee relationships with job boards and other recruitment channels to ensure maximum visibility for our client's roles.
- Monitor and evaluate new technologies and tools to keep the recruitment process state-of-the-art.
- Set clear metrics for recruitment performance and regularly review these with the team and senior leadership.
- Ensure feedback is collected from candidates and clients to continuously refine our processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction sector.
- Deep understanding of recruitment technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Adept at problem-solving and strategic planning.
- Computer savvy
- $80K-100K (Base Salary + Quarterly Bonuses)
