Partner Success Manager

Sealed is a climate tech company on a mission to stop home energy waste and electrify all homes. We combine technologists, policy experts, and home services specialists to deploy our solutions quickly and effectively.

What will you do?

  • Build deep relationships with contractor partners to support weatherization and electrification rebate programs.
  • Train partners on program requirements and Sealed’s software through group presentations, one‑on‑one sessions, and hands‑on guidance.
  • Balance relationship management with strategy, ensuring partners drive volume while staying compliant.
  • Track partner success metrics, maintaining accurate program data and records.
  • Analyze performance against quotas, and provide feedback to internal teams to improve processes.
  • Identify and solve complex challenges creatively, delivering tough messages with trust.
  • Champion continuous improvement, helping contractors streamline participation in rebate programs.

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have 1‑3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or program operations.
  • Background in construction or home‑services businesses (HVAC, weatherization, electrical, plumbing).
  • Experience training individuals or groups, and working toward quotas or targets.
  • Comfortable with structured, repetitive tasks and attentive to detail.
  • Creative problem solving and outside‑box thinking.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or Zoho.

Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000

Travel may be required up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays.
