Field Superintendent

We are a general contractor based in Salt Lake City dedicated to building quality builds over the last 30+ years. We specialize in residential, commercial and multi‑family construction. We are looking for a Field Superintendent to join our team full time.

• Lead daily on‑site operations with a focus on safety, scheduling, logistics, and maintaining high construction standards.
• Provide regular updates on project progress through clear verbal communication and written documentation during stakeholder meetings.
• Stay current on industry trends and evolving best practices to continually improve project execution.
• Manage and supervise all on‑site personnel activities, maintaining strong collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Partner with the project team throughout all phases—from early planning to final turnover—to ensure cohesive execution.
• Optimize the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Serve as the primary liaison with municipal inspectors, ensuring timely coordination of inspections and consistent communication from project start to finish.
• Someone with a good experience in Quality Control is a HUGE PLUS.

• 7+ years of related experience. Commercial and multi‑family experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.
• Understand construction scheduling, sequencing, and cost control.
• Strong leadership skills, able to lead and manage teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with project team, customers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and employees. Attention to detail is paramount; extremely organized and able to prioritize.
• Knowledge of, and ability to demonstrate, established construction practices, procedures, and techniques.
• Ability to understand blueprints, plans, specifications, safety standards, shop drawings, work orders, budget, change orders, submittals, manufacturer’s literature, and specifications.
• Thorough understanding of applicable local, state, and federal building codes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in the workplace.
• Problem solver mentality.
