* This position is responsible to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific project which have a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.

* The incumbent works closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.

* Coordinates internal resources and vendors to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Responsibilities

* Develops project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensures technical feasibility.

* Creates a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.

* Determines the resources required to complete the project

* Develops a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates resources to the activities required.

* Determines objectives and measures to evaluate the project at its completion.

* Executes the project according to the project plan.

* Monitors the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary.

* Ensures the project deliverables are on time, within budget and meet quality expectations.

* Demonstrated knowledge of project management.

* Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

* Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.

* Ability to prepare written and verbal communications for projects.

* Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required

* Bachelor's degree in a related area, or equivalency.

* Two years of applicable experience.

Qualifications (Preferred)

Preferred

* Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
