* Made* 32 - 40 uurAls Teamleader Production ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze productielocatie in Made. Je geeft leiding aan een team van
15 vakmensen (lasser/ fitters en mechanische monteurs) en zorgt dat alles, van planning tot afwerking, soepel verloopt.
Verder houd je je bezig met:
* Je stimuleert jouw team om elke dag beter te worden — op technisch, procesmatig én persoonlijk vlak;
* Je zorgt voor optimale planning van mensen, middelen en materialen, zodat kwaliteit en levertijden hand in hand gaan;
* Je analyseert processen en vertaalt knelpunten naar slimme verbeteringen;
* Je denkt actief mee over strategie en toekomstvisie van de productie in Made;
* En natuurlijk houd je de veiligheid en kwaliteit altijd scherp in de gaten.
Kortom: jij maakt van productie een geoliede machine én een lerende omgeving.
