This person will contribute to the company’s success by manufacturing a variety of System/LRU (Line Replaceable Units), and components. This role will report directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor and is responsible for successfully manufacturing L3

Harris products for delivery or repair.

• Building electromechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies, including circuit cards, cable/harnesses, and various other electronic products while ensuring compliance with required performance specifications

• Ability in multiple electronics manufacturing processes, including component level soldering, wire/harness routing, point to point wire connector terminations, wire crimpers, wire connectors, torque tools, and ESD practices.

• Sets up a variety of manufacturing apparatus, and completes assembly following methods, procedures, standards, and operations sequences

• Ability to work from both oral and written instructions, engineering drawings, and blueprints

  · Participate in process improvement activities in both test and manufacturing

  · Support OT (nights, weekends, extended hours) as needed to meet schedule requirements and business needs

  · Other responsibilities as assigned by Management

  Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

  Skills:

• Knowledgeable with Microsoft suite and personal computing devices.

• Proficient in soldering, wire crimping

• Knowledge performing functional testing of electromechanical assemblies.

• Active/Current IPC/J-STD certifications.
