Job DescriptionThis person will contribute to the company’s success by manufacturing a variety of LRU (Line Replaceable Units), circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and components. This role will report directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor and is responsible for successfully manufacturing L3
Harris products for delivery or repair.
- Manufactures electromechanical assemblies and sub‑assemblies, including circuit cards, cable/harnesses, and various other electronic products while ensuring compliance with required performance specifications
- Proficient in multiple electronics manufacturing processes, including component‑level soldering, torque tools, and ESD practices
- Sets up a variety of manufacturing apparatus and completes assembly following methods, procedures, standards, and operations sequences
- Works from both oral and written instructions, engineering drawings, and blueprints
- Participates in process improvement activities in both test and manufacturing
- Supports OT (nights, weekends, extended hours) as needed to meet schedule requirements and business needs
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Management
- Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance; security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens

- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience
- 2 years post‑secondary/Associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft suite and personal computing devices
- Proficient in component‑level soldering
- Knowledge of performing functional testing of electromechanical assemblies
- Active/current IPC/J-STD certifications
