** Maintenance Technician Level 3
** for our
** First Quality Home Care Products, LLC
** facility in
** Salt Lake City, UT.
**** Primary responsibilities include:
** The Maintenance Technician Level 3 is responsible to drive successful performance for an assigned area within the plant. Develops and implements standards within the area to gain efficiency improvements and production continuity.
• Drives results of assigned area for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Implements and ensures compliance with standards and systems to achieve those results.
• Maintains quality and integrity of system data to ensure accurate reporting.
• Performs Behavior Based Safety observations and corrects unsafe behaviors and conditions. Works with the team to identify hazards and implement changes that improve safe work conditions.
• Facilitates root-cause analysis for breakdowns, quality incidents, and safety incidents within the facility. Ensures resolution of red conditions.
• Supports engineering projects in assigned area. Ensures successful deployment of new product trials on the line and provides feedback to site project leader.
• Executes capital KI projects
