Responsible for filling, whooping, bagging, and packing pillows according to ATC standards and work assignments. New hires or transferred employees are expected to perform this job to standard within one week.

• Filling – fill shells with fiber, place pillows on the conveyor, and randomly check weights on QC scales.
• Whomping & Bagging – remove completed pillows from the conveyor belt, whoop and bag them, and pack shipping cartons with finished product, ensuring accurate carton count and proper labeling.
• Prework – remove packaging from finished pillows for re‑packaging, make necessary changes to finished product, price ticketing, and adjust components prior to production.
• Safety and Equipment – use all company equipment safely, report any equipment problems to the supervisor or maintenance department, and perform duties to ensure the safety of oneself and coworkers.
• Scanning – accurately report finished pillows using handheld scanners.
• Changeovers – follow production changeover duties between work orders.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills.

• Occasional carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Stand or ambulate for a full shift.
• Operate a hand‑held pallet mover.
