Job Description

Paint aircraft exterior and piece parts. Prepare for painting by masking, stripping, washing aircraft sections and components. Blend and mix paints, inks, and coatings to proper spraying consistency. Perform detail and touch‑ups. Set up and coordinate processes for painting production parts.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Prepare and assemble commercial and military aircraft products. Mix adhesives, paint or resin systems, apply them to pieces, and assemble and secure as required for curing.
  • Repair surface blemishes, IAW written instructions.
  • Use power tools, sanders, drills, paint guns, routers, sand blasters, and other tools to manufacture paint and assemble aircraft parts.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in the assembly/finishing area.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
Shift

Weekend:
Friday – Sunday 6 am‑6:30 pm

Experience / Education / Skills
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Shop math and ability to calculate resin ratios.
  • Ability to follow directions from supervisor, verbal and written tool orders, and engineering orders.
  • Ability to use trimming equipment, cutters, grinders, and drills to trim parts within drawing requirements or shop order tolerances.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Manual dexterity is required.
  • US Persons only; visa sponsorship not offered.
