As a General Laborer in the Finishing Department, you will be responsible for ensuring glued folding cartons are packed in corrugated cases according to pre‑determined specifications. You will inspect cartons for defects, pack correct counts, and pull random samples based on a sampling chart.

• Erect and label corrugated cases and identify each case with appropriate die position and pallet numbers.
• Sort, housekeeping, flat packing responsibilities, and communicate any quality problems to QA Manager and/or Manufacturing Managers.
• Support manufacturing operations by feeding and packing cartons into corrugated cases produced on high‑speed gluing machines.
• Regularly inspect cartons during the feeding or packing operations to ensure product meets customer specifications.
• Label cases, manually stack sealed cases onto pallets, remove wastepaper from die cut pallets, housekeeping, material handling, assist the Gluing Operator, and work as assigned.

Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, vibration, moderate to loud noise. Must stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk and hear. May need to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift or move 45 pounds. Must stand for 8+ hours. Visual acuity requirements as listed.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position. Shift hours will be agreed upon at hiring and may change as needed with notice. The role is entry‑level.
