As our Production Supervisor, you will lead the day‑to‑day manufacturing operations at our Salt Lake City Service Center, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and team development. You will oversee shipping, receiving, scheduling, and coordinate with the maintenance team to keep operations running smoothly.

• Champion a safety‑first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and Tosca safety policies.
• Drive world‑class safety performance, report incidents, and set team safety goals.
• Lead and develop a high‑caliber production team through clear expectations, coaching, and recognition.
• Oversee training on production procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor and control operational costs in line with budget goals.
• Lead quality programs and ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and EH&S standards.
• Facilitate daily production to meet customer demands, flexing as needed to support the production line during peak periods.
• Hold weekly team meetings and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• 5–7+ years of supervisory experience leading frontline teams in a production, manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment.
• Experience managing large teams and handling day‑to‑day employee relations, coaching, and team development.
• A strong background in team building, conflict resolution, and people development — this is a core priority for the role.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments with shifting priorities.
• Experience with SAP, D365, ADP, or Kronos is helpful but not required; willingness to learn is key.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑through.

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
