10 Hour - 2nd Shift: 7:15PM-5:45AM

Responsible for palletizing finished goods and ensuring the pallets are wrapped in a manner that maintains stability and neatness. Responsible for loading, unloading, and maintaining material to assigned machine units. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment (various types, including 227, Alphaliner, and Ferag). Responsible for quality, output, and production goals.

• Prepare all finished products according to established USPS standards, ensuring correct printed address labels and proper palletization; instruct Logistics Tech to move product to finish location.
• Verify correct material for production line and load/unload materials into the machine; perform basic machine setup, adjust components, and troubleshoot as needed.
• Respond to indicator lights and display screens, knowing necessary actions to mitigate issues; clear jams and address errors on end‑of‑line machine components.
• Support and comply with safety and security policies, including housekeeping standards.
• Support and comply with internal and external audits, providing information, performing assigned tasks, and maintaining evidence for compliance.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
• Experience: 0–1 year related experience (preferred)
• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
  • Ability to multi‑task.
  • Assess obstacles and make minor non‑mechanical adjustments for safety and maintenance.
  • Operate a pallet jack.
  • Effective communication in English (Preferred).
  • Basic math skills.

• Carry up to 17 lbs.; push/pull up to 40 lbs.; twist, stand, walk, reach, and grip/grasp throughout the shift.
• Frequent lifting up to 17 lbs.; squat and kneel.
• Work in fast‑paced environments with varying equipment.
• Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne dust, paper particles, and industrial lift trucks.
• Noisy environments requiring hearing protection.

The starting pay rate for this role is $16.50 plus a 1.25 per hour shift differential. Pay may vary by location and based on education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, compensation may include participation in a bonus, commission, or incentive program.
