• Apply manufacturing techniques to build high‑quality aerospace components from detailed specifications and technical drawings.
• Perform composite lay‑up, fabrication, and assembly of metal and composite structures.
• Assemble mechanical, electro‑mechanical, and avionics components and wire harnesses.
• Execute chemical conversion, paint preparation, and apply coatings to meet corrosion protection and finish standards.
• Follow established engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Work with moderate‑complexity parts and assemblies in a safety‑focused, lean‑driven production environment.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Able to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
• Physically able to climb, bend, kneel, and lift up to 35 lbs regularly.

• 1+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing; or equivalent training.
• Familiarity with Lean Principles (Standard Work, 5S, Continuous Improvement).
• Exposure to quality systems and manufacturing performance metrics.
